From the roof of the world

A tiny kitchen with mountain patience

Named for Lhasa — the city on the roof of the world — minilhasa is small on purpose. Small menu, small room, enormous flavour.

  • Momo dough rolled and pleated by hand every morning
  • Broths simmered for hours — never rushed, never from a packet
  • Spices ground in-house: timur, cumin, chilli, and a little patience

"The jhol momos are worth the trip alone — silky, spicy, gone in minutes. We come back every single week."

"Real Tibetan cooking — the kind you'd get in a Lhasa kitchen. The thenthuk tastes like my grandmother's."
